2. Purpose

IANOVA is a software consultancy and developer that builds custom Software and Apps for businesses, and operates 3LIT3, its white-label SaaS platform for content creators.

3. Terms of use

The user agrees to make lawful use of the site, respecting applicable law, the rights of third parties, and these terms. Any use that could damage, disable or overload the services is prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trademarks, logos, designs, software and graphic elements of IANOVA are owned by IANOVA or its licensors, and are protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Liability

IANOVA acts as an information society service provider under the terms of the LSSI-CE, and is not responsible for content published by third parties on products operated by IANOVA (such as 3LIT3), which is the sole responsibility of each user or creator.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the Courts of Valencia (Spain), without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to a consumer user.
